Egypt Unveils "The Fish Mall" – A Floating Architectural Icon on the Red Sea
Egypt has revealed the concept for "The Fish Mall," a spectacular floating shopping and entertainment destination inspired by the shape of a giant sea fish.
Designed to become one of the country's most recognizable landmarks, the project aims to combine innovative architecture, luxury retail, and marine tourism.
Located along the Red Sea coastline, the futuristic complex features a shimmering glass exterior that reflects the surrounding water, creating the illusion of a living fish swimming through the sea.
Visitors would enter through the fish's open mouth, where a grand atrium welcomes them to an unforgettable experience.
The Fish Mall is envisioned to include hundreds of international retail stores, fine dining restaurants, luxury cafés, an underwater observation gallery, interactive marine exhibitions, rooftop gardens with panoramic sea views, and a world-class marina for yachts and water taxis.
Sustainability is also at the heart of the concept, with plans for solar energy systems, rainwater collection, energy-efficient technologies, and eco-friendly construction materials.
Tourism experts believe that if such a visionary project were ever realized, it could become one of the Middle East's most iconic attractions, drawing millions of visitors each year and strengthening Egypt's position as a global destination for innovative tourism and architecture.
